I got several quotes on my rental house, which I was putting up for sale and needed to get a roof on fairly quickly. Emerald Coast gave me the best price. They’re a local company which I felt good about . They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process, sending me pictures of their progress and any rotted wood that they found. I knew my residence had some rotted wood, because we had had a leak, but they replaced all my rotted wood, and installed 50 year architectural shingles, and made my roof as good as new, and still stayed under all the other estimates we had gotten.
