The best I had hoped for was that they would respond on Saturday, but had resigned that I might not have a fridge all weekend. They came to my home on Friday night, he on crutches due to an accidental injury to his foot, his wife assisted and they quickly and professionally fixed my refrigerator, There was no, we don't have the part and will have to order it or this is going to take more time than we anticipated, it was just done and done, The time plus part was more than reasonable and I would have expected to pay much more for service after hours on a weekend, I have no problem singing their praises to anyone! "Do not waste your time and money. Came out and diagnosed the issue with my dryer and had to order the part. After that he does not respond to text messages or does not answer his phone. Told me that he had the part and made excuse after excuse for not coming out to finish the job. Doesn’t mind taking your money up front and not finishing the job. Very very very unprofessional. Dryer is still not fixed"
