"I gave a detailed list of what is wrong and what is happening to my computer and 3 days later im told it is finished and fixed, i go to pick it up and find out i was charged 60$ just to reinstall windows didnt even bother to diagnose what was happening i couldve easily reinstalled windows myself"

"It took a little long to get a computer fixed at the store. It was a system freeze on my father's computer. It cost less than $100 to fix, and I paid the bill because I desperately needed to use the printer. He left instructions that essentially meant to fix the PC without turning the computer on which are a technical violation of tritatory law. The difference with the Geek Squad is that they take down a description of the problem and they'll also perform a diagnostic. I'm downgrading to two stars because they failed to produce a receipt. The only way I know to fix a computer when it is that state is with a system repair, but I don't have a Windows DVD. In Windows 10, the advanced startup menu is disabled."

"Fast, cheap, knowledgeable, good service. I had an SD card with potentially corrupted files from an interrupted transfer I wanted analyzed and recovered. I shopped around Niceville and across the Mid Bay Bridge in Destin. I brought my SD card to Bay Networking because they had the cheapest quote ($40 analyze, additional $20 to recover; competitors were over $80). After dropping off my card I received a follow up the next day saying there were no files on it. I went to pick it up and he did not charge me. Let's just say they've earned my loyalty, referral, and repeat service. They're our computer guys now! Quick note: They can be a bit hard to find so watch out for that."
