They called me to update as soon as the part had arrived and the job was done in 2 days. "Long time customer, but had not been in for awhile. I went in with two gas-powered tools (chainsaw and trimmer). Work was completed in three days. The people were friendly and helpful. The work was excellent. One of the tools was not fixable. They had put in 3 hours of work, but did not charge me. The other tool developed a fuel line leak, detected when I picked up the tool. They fixed it satisfactorily without any additional charges, even though the problem was not caused by them. All in all, outstanding work and courteous customer service. Nice to have a reliable small engine repair shop in Niceville-Valparaiso!"
