"We used Gradstaff for our plumbing needs during a major renovation at our house. We wanted to add a bathroom on the other side of the house and was told it couldn't be done by other companies. Gradstaff did the "impossible" and was able to run new plumbing to add a full bath where we wanted it. Not only did they do what couldnt be done but they were very professional. They showed up when they said they would. They communicated clearly what needed to be done. Their work was top notch. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to other vendors I had to fight with to show up and do quality work. I would highly recommend them for what ever plumbing you need done. The employees were amazing and left me wanting to leave this great recommendation."

"Lesson learned - get your quote in writing. The invoice they presented after the work was much higher than what they quoted on the phone. We would not have gone through with the service if they had been honest and upfront about the real price. Either way, lesson learned. *No discount provided for not having to haul off our old heater. Changed the day they were coming, then showed up three and a half hours early. Updated: The hot water heater they installed is sub par. We can no longer get hot water in multiple faucets. For example, we cannot take showers if the dishwasher is running. You cannot wash your hands if the washing machine is on. I do not recommend this company."
