They took four days to break it some more and were never honest about their mistake about misidentifying it as an iPhone 10 vs iPhone 10s. Communication was non-existent, I had to drive over for updates. I ended up taking my broken phone to a different location, they fixed it within the day. If you have time/patience to bring your device here, I’m sure they do good work sometimes however my experience was awful."
