The motherboard was fried and we had to wait a day for the techs (Davis & Curtis) to come install it. Once again Priscilla juggled the schedule so we could be first!!! The techs were prompt, professional, & courteous. Great business with employees who actually care!!!"

"A contractor friend of mine referred me to Advanced A/C & Heating after I told him about my experience with AND Services. I emailed and called them Monday morning and the technicians were there by noon! Totally amazed me at how fast they responded. They checked all the wiring, inside and out, made sure there was enough Freon (which btw, there was) and checked the inside unit. The problem was a clogged drain hose. They cleaned it out and fixed the door insulation on the inside unit. By the time they left, the house was cooling like it should. I will referred Advanced A/C & Heating to anyone that needs their A/C checked. I'm very satisfied!"

"I used this business two years ago. Very professional and fixed the AC. Called again two years later to do a service check on the AC and much different experience. Was told that they did the draining of pipes and serviced the unit. Technician spent 10 tops. Did not drain the pipes upstairs in the unit. Said check the levels. Just walked in looked at thermostat and pipe for 5 min outside. Got a bill for 125. Less than two weeks later get a y1 wire shortage from nest. Called again. Sent technician, did not call before and was never told when the technician was coming. I was out of town. rescheduled , came again, walked into my house to the thermostat on the wall, looked at it said wires were crossed. Shoved a wire in and walked out. Said wires were jumped out which was not true at all. Another 127.20 was charged plus another 63.60 for difficult cleaning or difficult access notes. Used for tough or roof top units. Both technicians walked into my living room on the bottom floor and walked out 5 min later. Will never use again and would never recommend."
