"During the hard freeze in the middle of January, 2024, our HVAC compressor outside iced up. Our Home Warranty sent Darin of Pro HVAC out to diagnosis. Darin responded quickly and double checked his work looking for Freon leaks. He told us that caps were missing on the valves outside and the dryer was rusting laying in out-of-control weeds near the AC. He warned us to not damage the wiring anymore with a weed eater. Of course, the Home Warranty did not cover our claim, but Darin came back the afternoon we called him back to fix the Freon leak. When the outside compressor iced again, he came back again that afternoon and fixed it after being up since 4 am dealing with emergencies. He gave us good guidance about how much to invest in repairs in our AC system that is 10 years old. We will only be calling him again for repairs."
