I've been renting from them for over a year now and I just renewed my lease for another year. The staff is always so professional and so nice. They bend over backwards to help you no matter what it is you need. They stayed late to get me into my rental when they didn't have to. I had been looking for a place for a while and was ready to give up when they called me to tell me they had the perfect place that just came open and took me to see it immediately. It was perfect for me they knew exactly what I needed and found me the perfect place. I couldn't be happier with their maintenance and the upkeep is so good I hardly ever have anything go wrong but when it does its so easy to just put in an online repair request and they respond right away and everyone that comes to work on my place is so professional and so nice. "Denise will pressure you to sign a lease for a roach infested unit (which they remove evidence of for the showing) and she'll harass you at 8AM. They think they're not responsible to provide a healthy, habitable, pest-free living space for the tenants. Their units will have roaches crawling in your food in the fridge, trash left out to draw further pests, and they won't refund your deposit. Denise seemed like a decent person so I'm unsure if her English visa prevents her from finding a more reputable company to work for. However, Kellar Realty will have units in the hood, steal your money, and you'll endure sickness and bad health. They steal from people that are in survival mode, have bad judgement, might not be aware of tenant rights, and are hesitant to take legal action. It's your choice to give Kellar Realty your business, time, and money."
