"We are getting married in September 2024 at Paradise and literally cannot wait for our big day! I think about Paradise everyday. We have toured the property with Ashley who we adore and clicked with from the start. Ashley has been amazing at answering all of our questions. We also had our engagement photos taken on property for our save the dates and wedding invitations to give our guests a sneak peak of this stunning venue. Which was so fun! The venue is literally a dream the secret garden, modern metal barn & spanish style estate really checked off all our boxes. We loved the blank canvas this venue provides because we can put our own touch on the space and make it our own for the weekend. I am just obsessed with this property and can’t wait for our big day at Paradise."

"What a magical forest ceremony spot! The reception space is very large, versatile and climate controlled! (A MUST on Florida!) The guest house is huge and gorgeous!! I recommend you tour!"

"Just had our wedding and boy I’m not sure if these reviews are real. The only pro was the venue itself was beautiful. Conns were -Absolutely no communication when the contract is signed , feels like you almost are taken advantage of. -floors were sticky in the reception hall as well as the house. As well as the upstairs night stands. -Upstairs bathroom drains clogged. -Couch where the ladies get ready was absolutely filthy. I didn’t want to sit on it. Was embarrassing (was told it would be cleaned before we arrived) -Guest house smells kind of like wet dog. -No one to help with anything day of,, have to rely on a text to tell you where simple things are like toilet paper or paper towels that were never stocked in the reception hall. -Did not re fill the propane for us so we couldn’t utilize the heated pool as we were told. Was going to be part of our send off but November isn’t exactly the hottest month. Had to change last minute. I’m not the type of person to write reviews but I come from a pretty poor background so this was suppose to be something very special to me and my wife and the amount of money spent on this venue is not a small sum to people like me. With all that the most irritating thing about this whole experience Was that they just built another venue at the beginning of the property, Told us if they finish in time we’d be able to pay to have our family stay there, houses finished and told us we were set. So we told our family and they were excited they could stay on property and not have to book hotels. Contacted her multiple times, no response. Finally got in touch with Ashley a month before the wedding to pay and said they no longer want to rent it out. Apparently they only wanted to rent it as another wedding venue rental, so obviously more expensive. So had to call my family and explain to them the situation. I get things happen but What gets me so upset was If we didn’t call no one would have told us and we would have showed up with 12 or so people just to find out the owners were staying there. (Figured that one out because he walked the property multiple times once at 9 at night while my kids were inside.) With the large community built next door and the 2nd venue that you have to pass on the way to the main venue. The lack of cleanliness and the horrible communication 1 star is being nice. The entire system she has is horrible which is sad because the venue was so beautiful. Super unfortunate experience. Edit- As far as stating multiple times saying the venue is not for everyone. It was dirty? No one wants a dirty venue for 16 thousand dollars. We were told by ashley if the homes were ready we would be able to rent them out. Then we were told they were ready, and super excited. A month before the wedding no one contacted us to explain the change of plans we had to try and contact her just to find out that they were ready but just not for us. I understand plans change it’s the lack of communication and care that upsets me. So yes we assumed after we were told they were ready we’d be able to rent them. If the place was looked over by someone else after they cleaned maybe you as the owner should check every now and then. It was filthy. You can’t tell me that the couch in that back room is clean, the nightstand was checked upstairs or the sticky floors/hair in the drain was checked. If things were actually checked the propane would have been serviced For our big day. It wasn’t me you ran into outside it was my brother I wasn’t insinuating anything it caught him off guard that there was a guy walking around the property at night, we did have our kids inside so any reasonable parent would be concerned. We never spoke I only saw you the following day walk past the kitchen window while my family and I were cooking. Hate to leave a bad review like this but this is 100% honest. I didn’t speak to you once I only spoke with Ashley and the whole time was a fight to contact her. To the point where I had to ask her if I could contact someone else. Maybe this was just a bad timing for you guys."

"This place is incredibly beautiful. The entire property was well kempt and I received so many compliments. I was able to fit my large wedding (including my large bridal party). Thank you Ashley for helping host such a beautiful day!"

"Such a great venue! We got so many compliments from our guests about how nice it was. It poured on our day and we were able to use the tent for reception/cocktail hour. Overall everything was great since we were able to stay on site with our bridal party Thursday-Sunday. Only thing i would give note of is that the communication can be kinda slow before the wedding but the day of and going through everything, Ashley made sure we were taken care of!"
