"My first time here 12/12 at 11:45am-11:53. just walked through the door and the clerk was having a conversation with who I thought was a customer so I looked around visibly in the front . So when I asked the clerk Claudette what was back there she aggressively tells me I have to pay $23 bc I went over there I said absolutely not no i didn’t I simply looked what was that way but it was too dark to tell . Horrible customer service. Finally the clerk she was originally talking to Max stepped in to explain the pricing and options there . He was super polite and professional but that Claudette disgusting attitude I will definitely not return . If you have to pay $23 to walk in put a sign at the door or how about when you see a customer you ask if they need help instead of carrying on a convo with a fellow employee who you can chat with anytime. I would not recommend this place, scammers, and bad service. I really felt discriminated against by the way she treated me especially with this menacing look toward me. Employees like that are the reason that place was empty and will continue to lose money . I’d definitely be reporting this dump."

"I represent professional modeling agency and we wanted to find a location to host meet ups with fans and staff. We were planning our first event with around 30 people so I stopped by early morning when nobody was around and asked if I could look at the space to see if it would be suitable for our get together. The manager was there and was unbelievably rude especially demanding an entry fee just to pone my head in the door. Whoever owns this business should probably be aware you have such short sighted staff losing you huge amounts of revenue not to mention free promotion from beautiful women. We will not be bringing our girls to this venue but secondly will be discouraging our followers from going here based on the extremely abrasive, aggressive, rude and unprofessional management."

I told him keep the change is it oh you need a ticket and a stamp I’m like I’m allergic to Inc. very rude and you know what to be honest go to EYZ wide shut on Adamo . It’s a lot better than this place. Over there they have respect for employees they don’t treat you like garbage they don’t try to be a little you or make you feel gay or anything. This place is disgusting despicable and it’s always dead. Go to the place in Adamo and you’ll feel a lot better and you get more for your money."

"Gf and I went sat 9/30 in the afternoon had a great time found exactly what we were looking for. Friendly respectful guys non pushy. The gentleman working the counter helpful and nice. Clean plenty of play areas something for everyone. Will definitely be back"

"Me and my fiance went and had an awesome time. However we went into the room with windows and all the guys were at the window like a pack of wild dogs. It made my fiance feel weird so we left the room and found a room with privacy. They could have been more discreet. They ruined it. LOL"
