"The Bennett's property was exactly what I needed for the first few days of my trip. I was looking for some solitude right next to the water to get away from "it all" and decompress. This place was perfect! Close enough to everything, but once you were inside the gate it felt isolated. The family was warm and inviting throughout my stay. I will definitely stay on their estate again."

"AVOID!!Failed provide check in info wouldnt not return my call . I ended up staying somewhere else because i was afraid i couldnt get in since i had no code no info and no response as of 330 and check in was at 4. After the fact she refused to refund me . I would be more than happy to remove this review if i could get a refund for the place i never stayed at! Edit. Shame on you! I booked late the night before and you failed to send me the information to get the there. I didnt even have an actual adress. I called you the next morning. Dont act like i am the greedy one! You took my money and failed to provide the advertised service. I had to pay for a hotel and your estate that i couldnt access. I tried to call and message and you didnt respond! Avoid this negligent business!!!"

"Thos place could be amazing. It isnt. Upon arriving we couldnt get in the gate for over an hour. While waiting to check in I saw a dead iguana that had been shot by the pellet rifle that was leaning against a tree. As a reptile lover that hurt. Theres little note cards all over the place with rules. I felt like a child. We snorkled and it was beautiful until I was yelled at by the owner and told I could only snorkel on her property. Lol. It's the literal ocean. I'm a 55 year old man not a child. The fold out couch is from 1930 and the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. There's a dog on the property and he was great."

"BEWARE!! I would give zero stars but choice for lowest is 1. This is definitely the worse place I have ever seen offering accomodations for the public. The place has bare concrete floors, smells of mould, which is visible on the walls and floors throughout. We viewed the pictures online before booking and they were not complete in disclosing what we came upon on arrival. Junk and broken vehicles on the property. This venue is basically a 1 star camping site. Bed was dirty and unmade, They left a signed waiver from the previous guest on the dresser with his full name and address which is a huge privacy breach. The 'shared' bathroom was dirty with no towels, no single use shampoo or cleansing products available. Kitchen was dirty, the furniture was broken down, old and dirty. I was afraid to stay here for safety concerns, the front door entrance had a broken door knob, so anyone could see that it had possible been broken into or they just never bothered to repair it from it's old state. We choose not to stay, and asked for refund from the owner Joyce and never received a response. We are still waiting..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! CAUTION AS IT IS NOT A PLACE YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE STAYING. JOYCE BENNETT WHAT DO HAVE TO SAY FOR YOURSELF?? YOU SHOULD FEEL ASHAMED TO BE TAKING MONEY FROM PEOPLE TO STAY HERE!"
