"Just returned from the rental property, second time renting, in Deerfield which was spectacular. Clean, luxurious, high end kitchen, extremely comfortable beds and the house was equipped with everything we needed for the week. We will no doubt be returning for another stay next year!!!"

"If I could give a ZERO (0)... My wife and I would... We booked a house through their website. Paid extra for dogs and heated pool. We received a confirmation; we made the required deposit, we signed the agreement.... Less than 48 hours ALEX - The Owner - Cancelled the Rental Agreement. Claiming the pricing was not accurate. No phone call to explain - just cancellation. Seeking a further explanation - My wife and I left two phone messages and a text. The text was replied with " I will absolutely return your call this afternoon" --- Following up texts were sent to communicate with ALEX K - The Owner -- he just kept pushing off and pushing the call... He then agreed to call us at 6 pm .... but as you would expect NO CALL... He then said he would call on Sunday.... but again NO CALL. Not Honoring your agreement ; Not returning a call - simply NOT an HONORABLE COMPANY --You only have to look to the OWNER... I would not trust this organization.."

"The host was extremely nice and professional - we needed a real toddler bed since our kid does not sleep well in a travel playard that is typically offered in an Airbnb, and after communicating, the host got one for us! Upon arrival, we ran into a few issues (It's understandable things happen during travel and in new environment), including door passcode, internet passcode, need to lower the kid's bed and switch it to a different room, etc. I contacted the host, and they always always always promptly respond to me and solve the issues for us as soon as they can, if not immediately. We had such a wonderful time, thanks to them. Highly recommend their place!"
