Jeffery Hill Vacation Rentals

"I stayed at Avenue 10 with my father and a couple of my grandkids for a week. It was a great experience. It was so nice to have the family all in one place, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax wherever they wanted. The kids loved playing in the pool, and we love just hanging out in the sunshine. We did a quite a bit of walking in the neighborhood and found some great restaurants. A couple of days we drove to the beach and did a little exploring of Fort Lauderdale. It's a beautiful area. The hosts, reservation staff, and manager were all very helpful in helping us set up the vacation. Once we arrived they were very gracious and everything went very smoothly. I would definitely come back to this Home again, or would try some of their other properties."

"We had a wonderful stay at Avenue Ten. My family and I just wanted to get away for some sunshine and this was the perfect spot. The home was beautiful and we loved the pool area. We had dinner out on the screen porch several nights and explored some of the neighborhood restaurants other nights. We enjoyed Mind Your Manors and Thirteen Even. Both we very good. We went to the beach several days which was only about a 10 minute drive. The other the days we just stayed at the pool which was very convenient. The rental process went very smoothly and was handled very professionally. The manager, Miguel , greeted us when we arrived which made it so nice as we got a short orientation of how everything worked. We had to call him for one minor issue and he stopped by and fixed it in a very timely manner. All in all it was a great vacation. I would highly recommend this property."

"My family and I stayed at Heffron Manor recently and had the perfect vacation. The home is beautiful and the yard and pool are spectacular. We have stayed in several other Fort Lauderdale vacation rentals but Heffron Manor sits way above the rest. We had a great week with most of our time spent by the pool. We didn't really want to leave. The neighborhood was very nice and it was easy and convenient to get to anywhere in the Fort Lauderdale area. The home was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure."

"We recently stays at this great property Avenue Ten in Fort Lauderdale. We were looking for a great relaxing vacation and found it at this wonderful home. The pool was amazing. The shallow area was prefect for a little ones. We walked our dog in the neighborhood every day and found plenty of places for coffee, lunch and dinner. The house is just beautiful. I had read reviews about Jeffery's other properties and this one certainly is a superior home. The kitchen had everything we needed. It really was just perfect. We hope to be back again or many to another one of Jeffery's properties. Their manager Miguel who checked us in was very sweet and informative"

"I have stayed at several Jeffery Hill vacation rentals in both Fort Lauderdale and Puerto Vallarta. Graf Hill House is a great home, perfect for our family. The yard is wonderful. We went to the beach a couple of times but found it very convenient and comfortable to just hang out at the pool. We stayed in July so the weather was perfect. Warm every day. The rental process is always easy. For the past few years we have dealt with Jeffery's assistant Sarah who makes everything run smoothly. Miguel checked us in and was very helpful and friendly. Once again, a great visit to the sunshine."
