"This is the biggest cluster of a service I have been involved with. They are the cheapest, but there is a reason. First, they had the wrong phone number listed on my listing so there was no way to have anyone get in contact with us about our house. We kept wondering why after 2 weeks we had NOT HAD A SINGLE inquiry. Well, we figured it out when we tried to call ourselves and the call would just DISCONNECT before it would give our information. This was after having to completely populate the ad TWICE because their site popped up some window at the end for approval and we LOST AN HOURS WORTH OF WORK. Nothing was saved and we had to start over. Next, they somehow got our email address wrong and now we have no way to cancel the listing. WHAT!?!? So their site and interface blows big time. I had high hopes, but they screwed up so badly that we had ZERO contact on a property priced BELOW market estimates in a hot market. Unbelievable. I am just glad we didn't pay any more than we did. I chalk it up to a learning experience for both me and you.....you're welcome. Bottom line, pay a little more (if you have to) and go with someone else...unless you are really not interested in selling, then go ahead and sign up."
