"I went to a concert here for the first time, the parking experience wasn't horrible, but since it was a famous comedian, they should have had more traffic control getting into and leaving the venue. Once inside, the atmosphere was nice, plenty of rest rooms, which were clean, and lots of stations set up to make food and beverage purchases. The place was huge inside and was a sold-out event, but it was roomy enough not to feel like people were sitting on top of you. Very nice spacious seating. I would go back to this venue if something were advertised here again. Wonderful experience"

"I am so disappointed I can't even believe it, in the least. This is supposed to be a Christian concert for goodness sake, Winter Jam 2024. Thousands of people were waiting right outside the door and they opened them 45 minutes before the concert was supposed to start. The entry process was so awful, and dangerous (read lawsuits ready to be filed), that we were all in disbelief. The concert started early and the arena nearly filled. We weren't too far back from the beginning of the line. We're not even sure what happened to get us to this situation. I do know one thing though, we will NEVER, EVER, be back. They have completely dishonored what they were supposed to represent. I could not be more sad. The picture was taken just after we got in and before the concert was scheduled to start."

"Nice clean facility. Bathrooms were clean and friendly staff. Parking is a challenge and 15.00 parking fee to attend a men's game even at night on campus. The women's games have been open without a parking fee. Plenty of excitement watching the women's games too."

"The sound system needs to be upgraded, there was a speaker blocking my view of the stage, it might be better if there were the monitors installed so the audience could get a better view. I"
