"This review is for Verizon as a whole 8 years I have been loyal to this company never missed a payment upgraded to the newest phones on the market when my upgrades came available never had issue with upgrades I went in recently and tried to upgrade with trade for my phone was offered 1000 for the phone but because they changed policies now they base it off credit scores and not your credibility with the company itself. So they want 600 down payment for the phone when it should be free over 36 months of payments. The biggest issue I have with this is now my trade is worthless because the way they do buisness is your trade is over the 36 month period so if I'm forced to pay for half the phone there goes 400 of my trade. So yea I will be switching carriers I've been on the Verizon train a little to long this was the final straw."
