"Rented Apollo 1002 through Harbourview Rentals from 6/29/17 to 7/5/17. Upon arrival found the unit extremely dirty - shower liner filthy, hair dryer laying in a pool of rust, kitchen appliances rusty and basically unusable, furniture stained, kitchen table nasty. We called to be relocated, but they claimed unable to accommodate (not true because we checked). Only sent a rep next afternoon to deliver a few items that were unusable,. Requested a partial refund. Steve has never called to either confirm or deny a refund. Do not rent Apollo 1002, and do not use Harbourview Rentals. Rick and Kay Holmes"

"We have stayed at the Apollo Condo before and was satisfied, so we decided to return. I picked the 1002 unit because of the view of the ocean. Needless to say, I'm pretty disappointed in the unit. The blinds covering the sliding door to the balcony barely work. Most of the slats are broken and it is tough to open and close. The listing says there is seating for 4 at the table but there are only 3 chairs. The pull out bed from the couch is in bad shape. Most of the springs that hold it on to the frame are missing. You feel like it's going to give out and you will end up on the floor. Bad support, you can feel each spring in the thin mattress. The couch and chair is also badly stained. Gross! The linens are worse. They are old. No fitted sheet. They give you 2 pillows but only one pillow case ?? The top sheet is recycled from someone's personal use (initials embroidered on it) The refrigerator took a very long time to cool down even at the max setting. Microwave is very small. On a good note, the hot water works well and the shower has great pressure. The patio furniture is in good shape and has plenty of seating. In general, I like the condo building. The Sunset Grill is a plus. I will pick another unit next time and hopefully it will be in better shape."
