"Never initiated any request or made any initial contact with Exit Gulf Coast Reality. But Coast Emails( Lisa) soliciting me for their services that i have repeatedly rejected. But they just keep coming. You should hope they never get your contact information if you are selling a house! Exit Gulf Coast Realty, It is odd that you have no records of me, I do have email records of Exit Gulf Coast Realty soliciting me on my computer. I have pasted a few of them below, I have been receiving unwanted and declined email solicitations from Exit Gulf Coast Reality from early August to November 2022. I had a house for sale by owner sign in front of my House in Punta Gorda with my contact information on it. I Never subscribed to anything or made any verbal or online contact with anyone requesting anything from Exit Gulf Coast Realty.. First time I ever heard of Exit Gulf Coast Realty was when I received an email from Lisa that she had put my house on her server for her clients without my knowledge or permission and made a request to take photos. I replied to this email and asked her to remove my house from her server. Then Lisa asked again and this started a series of emails that went from August 2022 to November 2022. The first email, I was driving by the lot for sale the other day for a client of mine and saw your sign. I know you are selling as for sale by owner, so I wanted to confirm if you would be interested in working with an agent if the opportunity presented? Just wanted to clarify…if I have a buyer that might be a good fit for your property you would not be interested in working with a realtor? I understand if you would like to try on your own and do not wish to waste my time or yours of course. Appreciate your response. If you are still interested in selling, with the upcoming busy season ahead and many displaced from the hurricanes, this would be a great time of the year to list! Even with the higher interest rates there will always be folks that want to buy in Florida, and now some even need to buy. I just got a couple under contract for a house here in Punta Gorda that lost their home in Ft Myers. Since it will be 1-2 before they can fully rebuild they wanted to still be snowbirds while they rebuild. If I can be of any assistance please let me know.
