"So my partner and I show up for a self guided tour with the lockbox code only to find the lockbox is inoperative I did contact somebody but haven’t heard anything, and I literally had to rush to get there after work and based on the other reviews on here It seems like they drop the ball frequently, they earned this one star review period! "Don't expect to get your deposit back. They will overcharge for unneeded exorbitantly priced paint touch ups and cleaning fees upon move out. Granted a mover spilt a coffee on the carpet during move out so the carpet cleaning fee was warranted. It seems like the Management company wants to nickel and dime tenants to garner the most profit for themselves. I am disputing charges. First rental company since graduating college in 2015 that I had to write a negative review for. I do not recommend renting from Innovative Realty."

"I let them manage a property of mines, what a big mistake. Their team including property managers, project manager and operational/admins were not great. During all processes they touched including repair coordinations, unit turns, accounting questions, and leasing they were not good at their job. A lot of mistakes were noted, lack of urgency and frankly incompetence. At the end of my time with them I had enough and took my business else where and I would recommend the same to you. I would not recommend them as they may talk the talk but will definitely not do a good job managing your property."

"UPDATE:They have put literal concrete over the mold and are now trying to rent this property, for the health of your family do not rent 667 main street. IN RESPONSE- slander is only applicable if the accusations are untrue. You put concrete over mold, that you know contains mycotoxins. Just because the city of Altamonte springs has no statues about mold, does not mean what you are doing is not immoral. You are endangering people and they deserve to know. No response needed on your end. Do not rent here. This is the window they refused to fix for ten months. They collected rent with no intention of fixing this and we are now dealing with mycotoxin poisoning from living in an unsafe environment. They will try to say we could have left, and we would have if they wouldn't have lied about their intention to fix the issue. We thought it just looked ugly, and had to spend $8000 on environment and medical testing to find out just how bad it was. Mold is everywhere in Florida but mycotoxins give you cancer and neurological issues. My family is sick. They gave us a one week eviction notice due to the"dwelling unit being unsafe due to mold" which was technically legal under the lease, but competely immoral given they could have told us to leave when we first complained if they weren't going to fix it. And tell me, when did it become unsafe? We complained (1/5/22) and nothing was done between then and the time you evicted us (10/27/22). Tell me how you decided it was unsafe? It's a good thing they put that on the eviction because we wouldn't have done the environment or medical tests without it. We wouldn't know we were sick. But they did nothing to check, did nothing to correct it, and just let us get be unknowingly exposed to toxins for the better part of a year. They put us in a horrible position and took our security deposit on top of that to replace mycotoxin/mold filled carpet, and to patch unsafe holes in the wall. The security deposit charges took advantage of us, but that's the least horrible thing they did to us. Do not rent here, I'm sure they'll try to dispute my complaints like they do to everyone else, but know they're not good people to rent from. Oh and they only give you your utility charges every three months so expect huge stacked bills"
