"If I could give these people 0 stars, I would. My husband and I paid for a rental with them through AirBnB, and they then notified us that they had “accidentally” double-booked us. The even better part? They never processed our refund. 10/10 do NOT recommend. These people are scam artists."

"Inflated pricing snd neglected deep cleaning, This was our Indian Shores condo of choice for 3 years. Our return price has increased over 100%! The condition of the condo has sadly declined. Dirt on fan blades, pop stain on wall, filthy mops and toilet brushes, and broken down couches with dirty used couch pillows. Sad. We loved 402 but will not be returning. Plus Vacasa outsources all calls. Frustrating means of communication."

"Do NOT book with teeming vacation rentals!! They are terrible to work with, hard to get a hold of and unreasonable!! They knowingly let us check into one of their places in Indian shores beach that was infested with termites and since we were already there we only had one other option... A dump of a house that I didn't feel clean after using the shower and was far below our expectations. But with a small child we had to find a place to stay since it was already 7pm. I wish I could leave less than a one star review."

"A few of my family members and I scheduled a 7-night stay commencing April 24, 2021 through an Airbnb. Specifically, the address of the subject property was 304 Bahia Vista Drive, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, and the rental agent was Teeming VR Properties d/b/a Teeming Vacation Rentals. It was a terrible experience. We encountered a non-functioning wash machine, a leaking refrigerator, a drain sewer back up, a rat on the patio and a huge cockroach in the living area. After being disgusted, frustrated, and of course disappointed with these living conditions over the course of several days, we left the subject property. Airbnb/Teeming VR Properties/Teeming Vacation Rentals/Jeff & Gina Paglialonga (owners of Teeming VR) were totally unreasonable and often unresponsive during our attempts to negotiate an equitable settlement. Our failure to reasonably enjoy the subject property was directly caused by these significant deficiencies and unhealthy issues that we experienced. See photo below - this was a huge cockroach on the wall in the living area. Photo taken while we were eating dinner at the table ~15 feet away."

"I wanted to share our experience with the Dragonfly rental. We were excited to stay after looking at the pictures online and already having rented the house next door from Teeming last year, obviously you’ve gone downhill since. • First, when we arrived the water in the pool was at least 12” below the tile and the jets were exposed and spraying into the pool, we added water to the pool, so the motor did not burn up. • The pool patio was disgusting, covered in dirt and spiderwebs, pavers falling off the stoop. • The kitchen oven was gross, hasn’t been cleaned. The coffee maker was covered in grime, never cleaned, I went and bought one. ( Coffee maker was shown in pics on the counter ) • The master bathroom receptacles didn’t work, and the glass shower door was gone, a shower curtain instead( not shown in pics) • No cable TV so we count watch local news You post a beautiful home for all to see on your website and the home is a complete mess and run down. We paid a lot of money just to be disappointed. Don’t say we sent you an email to let us know if there are any problems, it was so bad we decided to stick it out but still left a day early. I’m also sure this email won’t mean much to you as I’m sure this is standard practice. I can tell you I wont use Teeming ever again and I will be sharing my experience on goggle as to help the next poor sap that believes there getting what is shown online. You might try doing your job."
