"Hello folks, I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding my bad experience at Balmoral Resort. I think TrooicattEscape is working with Feltrim. All three companies are somehow working together. People if you don't use Fetrim toy would have to use Tropical Escape. It may be a cover up or shell company."

"My experience with Feltrim Resorts Rental Management has been nothing short of a nightmare. They have proven time and time again that they are neither transparent nor honest with property owners like myself. First and foremost, their financial dealings are shrouded in secrecy. It's impossible to get a clear and accurate picture of where my rental income is going. They tack on hidden fees and expenses without any explanation or prior notice, leaving me feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. Their communication is abysmal. They rarely provide updates on the status of my property, and when they do, it's often vague and evasive. It's as if they have something to hide. I've also had issues with the maintenance of my property. It seems like they cut corners at every opportunity, leaving my investment in a state of disrepair. When I confront them about it, they dodge responsibility and make excuses. I would strongly caution any property owner against entrusting their assets to Feltrim Resorts Rental Management. They are far from transparent and honest in their dealings, and it's a recipe for frustration and disappointment. Look elsewhere for a property management company that values integrity and transparency."

"It may be a very nice resort, but Feltrim does NOT pay their vendors. No one answers the phone and I have been trying to collect money from them for months."

"I see the same complaints we are having. The whole water park was the reason we came to this resort with our two children. We get here and they say its all broken down nothing works, so we go to the Arcade, EVERYTHING is out of order. Total scam, at least the pool is open. No one will get back to us, this will not be the end of this, I plan on getting ahold of every single company affiliated with this place to ensure we get a refund as we were totally mislead. Its like someone said you won a BMW and they deliver you a KIA. Unreal that they can get away with this."

"We stayed at Balmoral Resort for 7 days, it was our first taste of Florida and we loved it. The Resort is very new & therefor really clean. It was also our first stay in a vacation home resort. The house we stayed in was nicer they we were expecting, it was really spacious with all mod cons. The weather in Florida was amazing, so we had many evenings out in the pool. Really enjoyed the overall experience and will be returning with the little lad in the not to distant future. Highly recommended"
