"Worst experience! the pool closes early and they don’t even allow babies to enter with snacks. not even Disney parks are rude nor throw away your babies food!!! You don’t even get a welcome or nothing. For an expensive resort this is the worse I’ve been too"

"Spotless, gorgeous, luxurious vacation homes. Great place for a short or long getaway. Spacious homes with great ambience. Houses are beautifully decorated, rooms are big, and there is plenty of space all around the house for kids to play. All the houses have their private pool and jacuzzi and there is also a main “clubhouse” for the whole complex if you feel like getting out of the house. Cleanliness is 10/10, everything is spotless (towels, bed linen, silverware, floors, countertops, bathrooms, and furniture). I have stayed here around 5 times and I’ve never had a complaint, only positive comments about these vacation homes. Big recommendation, book in advance, these homes are in a hotspot location in Orlando, very close to the theme parks, so they do rent out pretty quick!"

"We are currently renting a home in Championsgate from this management company. We have been renting in this area for years and wanted to try a new company/ neighborhood. Let me start by mentioning the good things: this house is beautiful, new furnishes, nice pool area. Now for the bad: the water has been shut of two times. Apparently someone didn't pay a bill. The water sprinklers in the backyard soak the entire patio so forget sitting on the nice furniture until noon the next day. There is trash all over the front yard. We have talked to the management company almost every day and even after we decided to extend our stay (and pay more money) they have been difficult to get in contact with. Maybe in a couple years they will be better, but as of now- they do not have it figured out. Which is truly a shame because the homes are very nice."
