"So much has been accomplished since the new managers took over. They take their jobs seriously and get things done. New paint in the clubhouse, electrical work, fence work, etc. So much is happening. And they take our safety seriously - from enforcing the speed limit to ousting people who shouldn't be here. They are very responsive to complaints and are working hard to improve the infrastructure. Love that there are activities almost every day of the week. So much do to if you chose to participate."

"Very friendly place to live. The activities in the Park are ever changing & growing, be as active as you want! Improvements to our community are happening, new paint & updates to the club house. And check out our Holiday decorations! It's also great that our managers will make a tour thru the park getting to know everyone & keeping an eye out for our safety!"

"I have lived in Lady Lake Mobil home park for the past 14 years. Beautiful park, wonderful neighborhood. Our new management has been extremely excellent at getting our park upgraded. They look out for us, patrol our park from people that don’t belong in hear late at night. Tammie and Chris have stepped to the plate, and are doing a fantastic job. Welcome."

Well maintained with great amenities properties and more. Whoever left the review about toenail polish. Well who cares. They get the job done with a smile. I gave them 5 stars for their excellent service not how they look."
