"My property has been managed by Dale and his team since last August . It was a terrible experience. I have been very disappointed in the communication and management of property. He found two tenants for my property, the first tenant broke the lease. The second tenant is nightmare, they didn’t pay any rent since they moved in, I asked Dale to evict them out, it took almost 6 months to get them evicted and my house was destroyed by this tenant. Dale would never answer my questions. He ignored my emails and calls, it’s very hard to reach him. I didn’t get paid for rent for 6 months and my house was destroyed, I have to pay eviction fee and repair my house, but Dale still got all listing fees and management fees for every month even the month I got my house back. I decided to not rent out my house anymore and stopped working with Dale. I asked Dale finalize my account and he charged me a $1100 fee that I have no idea what it is, I contacted him to explain it, but as always he ignored me. I rarely give someone a bad review, but Dale and his team were so terrible. I do not recommend his services"
