"I have lived in a Brandywine community in Riverview for more than a few years. I recently moved out of the community. I’m not one to write a review. But in this case, I felt I should. I want to offer some information to future renters. Maintenance request: 7/10 (maintenance guys are pretty good) Community upkeep: 6/10 ( they shouldn’t market or sell a beautiful community if it doesn’t actually look like one). Customer service (property managers) 2/10 (there is no direct line to the property managers) the main method of contact is email. The property managers respond when they feel like it. Have waited days or weeks for a response. So if you have an issue you’re literally trying to communicate with someone through email. They literally never answer the phone. You have to go through a third party that will connect you with the property managers and they still don’t answer the phone. They need to give the property managers customer service training (seriously). I have seen other reviews complain about similar issues. Every year or every 6 months it seems like they change their payment system. (Which they charge you a $50 fee for the rental app monthly) If you need a copy of your lease good luck getting one. Please don’t trust the pictures you see online. Go see the communities for yourself. The pictures are deceiving. Most of the yards look like dirt. They just throw mulch on top whenever a tenant moves out. The street lights have been out for months it’s so dark at night your can barely see. They have property managers but you barely see them. They are not concerned or too connected with the community at all. When it’s time to renew your lease you have to reach out to them. When it should be the other way around. They are reactive and not proactive. Your left trying to figure out certain things on your own. But you will receive HOA violations and the property managers are very communicative and active when it comes to the violations. (They want their money) lol. They tell you to inform them of issues. Somethings get fixed and some don’t. The rent increases yearly, but there are no improvements to the community. I would say my rental experience was a 4/10. I would have left after year 1, but I don’t like to move all the time so I stuck it out so to speak. I have purchased a home so I no longer have to deal with properties like these and honestly I’m not sure I would recommend them to others. But if you need somewhere to go. They have low credit requirements and accept section 8 vouchers. (Which they don’t tell you) Your neighbors can be a real issue. Shootings, vandalism, theft. Things like that."
"I have heard a lot of people have a difficult time getting things repaired within their rentals but so far with Brandywine homes i am very pleased! We had a time frame from 8-10 am to have our dishwasher repaired, not only was David Antonetty on time he went ahead and took care of 2 other things we needed fixed even went as far as going to the store to get parts to get toilet up and running right away! Thank you David!"

They have been very attentive to all of my needs And all of the repairs that needed to done the home . I have been living in this one property for 10 years now . I love it ! "Jason is a superb and professional maintenance technician who has demonstrated time and time again he gets the job done. When I say he gets the job done, he gets the job done right the first time. Jason has always been courteous and attentive to my concerns whenever he is tasked to perform maintenance at my home. He expertly removed and replaced my bathroom sink faucet in the shortest time I have ever seen one done--has been operating with no issues ever since--outstanding..."
"I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my pool to be cleaned properly. It is currently greener than my lawn. I have been pushed off and "kicked down the road" for almost this entire time with the exception when Brandywine sent an under prepared company out to clean my pool 3 weeks ago (they did do half of it). I have called to speak to maintenance (no call back), I've spoken to Irene (no solution), I have left messages and emails for Valerie without call back. I really appreciate the premium I pay to have a pool that I can't use and the added fee for pool cleaning that I don't receive. Not sure what I have to do to get some resolution but maybe this will help."
