Reviews of Express TV And Audio
"This Lunatic Vega Paulo C cheated me as well. He bought some useless AC for 220 dollars and charged around 600 by showing a different portable AC in pic. He broke my wall and kept the hole open, he was saying he will come back to fix the issue. My AC also was not working as expected, when i asked for the receipt/bill to claim a return he simply blocked me and escaped. It is shocking to see such incidents, i am lodging a complaint against this guy."
"First off he uses multiple names, and fake social media profiles... Express Tv and Audio is same as Prosperity Tv Mounting..... I have pictures, and video recording if I can find a way to post I will. I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Prosperity TV Mounting, and it's even more disheartening as I'm a disabled veteran in a wheelchair. It felt like this guy thought he could take advantage of my situation and completely screw me over. The individual they sent to install my TV displayed a shocking level of incompetence. To begin with, he couldn't even properly level the TV, leaving it noticeably crooked and unsightly. Additionally, he attempted to install Govee lights on the back of the TV, but his work was far from professional. He carelessly wrapped the lights around without any attention to detail, creating a chaotic mess that I had to spend extra time fixing. However, the worst part of the ordeal was when he cut a hole in the wall to run wires for a new outlet. In doing so, he accidentally severed a wire that was connected to the lights in my bathroom and closet. When he finally returned to address the issue, he promised to come first thing in the morning but didn't arrive until almost 7 in the evening, leaving me without lights for the entire day. His attempts to overcharge me for materials were particularly infuriating. He claimed to have spent $55 on materials, which supposedly included a drywall patch kit that costs just $13 at Home Depot and a scrap piece of drywall salvaged from another job. He even insisted that he had spent $42 on a sheet of drywall at Lowe's, conveniently lacking a receipt as proof. It was evident that he was trying to take advantage of my situation and rip me off. What exacerbated the situation was that he was supposed to leave spackling for me to complete a second coat and properly finish the job. However, he took it with him when I only gave him $40 and accused me of shortchanging him, then vindictively withheld the spackling. Furthermore, he charged me $120 to cut through two beams to install the new outlet, and then he tacked on an additional fee to repair the damage he caused to the wall. This raised questions about why those repair costs weren't included in the initial $120. When I mentioned that I had recorded him on video stating that the $120 was for materials, he accused me of illegal recording without his permission. I have security cameras in and around my house for safety, and his objection to being recorded was unjustified. Finally, I discovered that he was using a fake Facebook profile to post ads, which only added to the already extensive list of concerns. In conclusion, my experience with Prosperity TV Mounting was a nightmare. As a disabled veteran in a wheelchair, I felt particularly targeted and taken advantage of. This individual's dishonesty, subpar workmanship, and disregard for my well-being were truly disappointing. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this service provider to avoid similar frustrations and headaches."
