"Adam was so kind and very responsive when I first talked to him on the phone. He answered all my questions and made the process very simple and easy. Adam went above and beyond to over see my progress of the work that was done in the investment property I just bought and made sure to document all the work that was completed by contractors that I’ve hired. He was kind, patience and very timely and took in consideration the choices that I made to remodel my property even if I didn’t have the best contractor, which was very hard to find. He’s flexible, prompt and extremely helpful and I feel so blessed to be able to work with him as my management property that I’ve found through great reviews on google search. I couldn’t make it alone, as a long distance investor out of state, if it wasn’t through Adam’s help. He really checked every thing in the list that needed to be done from an inspection report, and made sure to not miss any item that needed repair. And I really appreciate him for looking out for me & my property, to be able to make it “ rent ready” for the right tenant to move in. It’s so hard to find a good, reliable and honest management property in general, but Adam was the best one from all the previous reviews that I had, that I found.
