"we recently paid these people, and the lady in the office was really nice, but the management really fell for us. we paid to move in a day early and when we go to check out the place after we finally get the kids, the trailer is literally infested with roaches under the kitchen sink under the bathrooms are coming out of the walls. It is so disgusting and we have two little baby girls, we are a regular family. We deserve to get what we paid for and not have to go through this. We should be able to move in without worrying about bags so instead of moving in on Friday, we are not having to wait until Sunday or Monday because we had to buy bombs and plays traps everywhere to get rid of the bugs.. understandably it’s memorial day weekend so they’re saying they can’t get anyone out here till Tuesday just know that you guys will be reimbursing us for all we went through and I will make sure that everyone else knows about this company. No one deserves to go through this. No one deserves that the pouring so much money when they already poured in so much money into a management for them to have it together.. Shame"
"Bills were piling up in September and I owed $150 on September's rent, so I went in today to pay off that balance. The two ditzy ladies that usually man the front desk forgot to put into the system that I paid 700 of the $850 rent last month, so they were adamant that I owed them one full month in back rent instead of the $150 balance. Thankfully I had a receipt to prove I paid $700 for September's rent or else I would have been in a sticky situation. These ladies need to be much more careful and attentive about this stuff because they could cause someone to be served an eviction notice even though rent was paid. Not everyone keeps their receipts. I will add that these ladies always seem to be absent minded and foggy-headed each time I visit them to pay rent. They behave as if they don't know what they're doing half the time."
"Awesome Realty and Management company. Have rented through this company before and it was quick and easy. I do like how a lot of the rentals are pet friendly so that is a relief as a dog owner. New rentals posted each Monday online or physical advertisement in-house. One downside to paying rent is that there was a requirement for physical visit to the office each month. Would be nice if there was an electronic option. Would consider Nautilus Realty and Management again for future needs."
"I wish so badly that I could leave less than one star. I would love to take stars away from them. This management company is complete rubbish. You sign a lease and are expected to keep up your end of the agreement, you know, maintaining the house (which was already in shambles) and paying your rent on time. However, the lovely people at Nautilus have not once come out to help with anything around the apartment. Our carpet, when we moved in was already wrecked, and yet we're supposed to pay to repair it, and clean it? Heck no. Our water heater busted and left a hole in the ceiling, and they assured us that we would have that fixed, has it been? Heck no. Electrical outlets, which were reported before officially moving in were loose, have yet to be fixed, and the water damage/smoke damage from the previous tenants, I'm sure I'll be charged for. And after we received our letter about renewing the lease, or giving them sixty days notice and we sent them our notice...what do you know...they lost it. I can already tell from reading reviews not to expect any form of my security deposit back, although my husband and I have made repairs around the home, and had to fix things that they would not come out and fix, so if you're thinking about signing up with them to manage your rental property, Forget it. If you're thinking about renting from them because they seem nice DON'T! Its a trap. That's how it starts out, they are all sweet and helpful, but as soon as you sign the lease, and they hand you the keys, its all over. You're on your own."
