I asked the seller to take it back home & I would seek other options. I called & explained the situation & gave the dimensions of the item. The handyman went to the sellers house with 2x4s, plywood & bubble wrap. built & packed the crate on site for less then 1/2 of what UPS wanted. He arrived 2 hours late and then never provided me a quote for the work. That worked out in my favor because when looking up Limitless Services LLC, Edward only has 1.6 stars on his google review. Beware of who is sent to your home as this seems to be some sort of "linking" service between homeowners and handymen. Make sure you know who will be doing your work so you can look up real reviews!"
