"Rude Customer Service Department, Too Expensive, Buyer Beware... Had I read their Google reviews I would have never made that appointment. Office person was friendly at time I made appointment, but VERY rude and even hung up on me when I questioned the invoice after the repair was made. I was under the impression per our phone conversation at appointment setting time that the ($65 plus tax service call) was to be credited to my bill if I used them for the repair. Which I did use them for the repair. When I called to ask about the invoice and the charges on my bill she became very defensive, turned the table on me, accused me of being rude, not listening to her...and then she hung up on me. Mind you I could not get a word in edge wise because as soon as I spoke she butted in and said I was the one being rude. It was almost comical. Almost... There is a professional way to handle paying customers and hanging up is not a proper way. Even if a customer has a question, a complaint, whatever the issue, why hang up...I was not being belligerent. Not sure how she would have reacted if it would have been something really major... Note: Don the repair person was nice and did the repair. It was a very simple repair but cost quite a bit. As the rude office person stated: I should have gotten a written quote/price/ and estimates before using them. And to that, I have to agree. I still do not understand why the service call charge was on my bill, her explanations made no sense, but I paid it and it's done now. I did ask Don (two different times) what it would cost for repair but he never gave me a dollar amount. Lesson learned."

"Had work scheduled--no one showed up and no one called - I called office 3 times no answer. 2hrs after scheduled appointment the office called with lame excuse and wanted to reschedule for the next day. I cancelled and will not use again"

"When I left a 1 star review, this company also claimed that I was not a valid customer and responded with a comment to intimidate me to take my review down. However, this company did roof repairs on my home in 2021 (I have receipts) and I am still paying for the poor work they did. Our total cost was nearly double what they quoted. Always do your research! We did not and at the time, they even refused to provide me their license number when asked. Lesson well learned. Proceed with this company with extreme caution."

"I am the wife of Ken Johnson and there was a dispute about the cost of the supplies and work estimates done to our closet area ceiling. The work was not completed to satisfaction. The office claim a refund was coming for materials and estimate but it has been months with nothing. We have called your office, the national office, and consumer affairs. You have been non responsive. We need the refund of approximately $250 that you said you would give. We would not recommend anyone use this company because you are not trustworthy!"

"They sent me an estimate at the end i finishing paying the double for the work , I decide to paint my self because they charge a lot per hour , they offered to me the a discount per hour at the end change his mind , please don’t trust at this company , they will lied to you .I give them one star they deserve a 0 but there’s no option ."
