"We were in need of a handyman to come once per week for miscellaneous work in our hospital (turf care, light fixtures, door handles, pot holes, etc). He has even troubleshooted and figured out solutions to issues we have been having that prior handymen could not fix. Brian has been a great asset to us and is very creative! For example, he built a very nice wall-mounted bag storage for us that helped with organization within our space. He also came after-hours when our laundry room flooded to repair the leak. Being a 24/7 Emergency and Specialty Hospital, it was critical so that we could have proper bedding for our patients. What I appreciate most is his honesty. We'll have discussions about what I am looking for or needing and he doesn't blow smoke or just tell me what I want to hear. He's very honest with what he recommends, why and how much it will cost and that has more value to me that anything else."
