"Reached out for services over Instagram - assumed I was speaking with the owner, Wesley. Made an appointment and then they never showed or reached out until I reached back out. The wife messaged me saying he was sick so couldn’t make the appt but would reschedule. (Even though they were posting Instagram stories of them actively on job sites.) They never reached back out. I then reached out again and they said “sorry. Not available. Thank you.” Disappointed about the lack of customer service and professionalism."
