"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. It’s such a shame because we had a fantastic time in the rental…minus the ant infestation, the electricity outage that was not tended to until a day and a half later, and when it was fixed, the maintenance individual came in totally unannounced. Then they told us we had to check out in an hour (we weren’t supposed to check out for another four). I tried to bring this to the company’s attention but there is ZERO customer service. Apparently the COO is supposed to call me? That was a month and a half ago. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY."

"We stayed at 77 Hollywood St. 8/28 -9/1/23 As soon as we enter the home we had to go to the store to buy cleaning products, that house was dirty. The pool chairs were full of mold and the cleaning crew knows that, with a $700 cleaning fee they should learn to pressure wash the chairs. The air vents were full of rust. The living room couches were gross, no one wanted to seat on them. They need upholstery cleaning. The dishes and appliances were dirty. Food crumbs were all over the kitchen pantry. The kitchen cabinets were disgusting. Broken freezer door. Water stains on the ceiling walls. The stair risers were disgusting, the walls were dirty. The interior needs to be painted. TVs were not working. Missing tvs in the bunk bedroom. Many broken items. The list go's on. We Complained to management and send them pictures right away. They did send cleaning and maintenance crew but many things cannot be fixed with guest in the property. For what we paid we should have never got the property in those conditions. I do have pictures of everything! They didn't refund the cleaning fee nor offer any compensation for our inconvenience."

"Extremely poor quality rental! Friends and family stayed for a week and the property was VERY disappointing. Holes in Walls, rust and dirty vents, broken umbrellas, wallpaper tearing off walls, light bulbs out, cracking tiles, broken trashcans, broken pool chairs… the list goes WAY on. Beach reunion was only willing to refund $650 after we paid $6000+ (vrbo). We gave them a chance to make it right but we wont be staying with Beach Reunion again. 0 stars."

"Using Beach Reunion Vacation Rentals was the best experience we’ve had as a large group before! Even before we booked there was always someone available to answer our questions. We stayed at Good Day Sunshine over spring break and it was stunning! The home was very clean and we had everything we needed. We did have to call about the pool heater and cleaning but they responded so quickly and took care of it. I would 100% use them again!"

"We are a returning customer of Beach Reunion - Aegean property last year (Great) Adonis this year (not so). Had a great experience last year which prompted our group of 16 to book again this year. Two completely different experiences. This review is for the Adonis property as of 8/24/2018. There was a black substance in almost every bathroom in different places (denoted in the pictures) from edge of tub, edge of shower , bottom tiles of shower, where tile and wall meet , baseboard, where under mount sink meets counter top , ect... . We have been told this was a newly renovated property ( we (16) reserved the Aegean again however they informed us earlier in the summer that repairs were needed and it may not be ready for us this 2018 - so we accepted the alternative of newly renovated Adonis - we did ask and it was noted that if Aegean became available to let us know) . It wasn't until we arrived for our trip when our view point got adjusted. This is as of 8/24/2018 - When you walk up the balcony over the front door on the right has what appears to be water damage (pic). The Glass table top had a chip in it. The sliding door to the pool had a stick for security that cover a black looking substance in the track. The brown cabinets have been painted over white and almost every knob you see the original color (the paint has started to peel off every cabinet except a few). There was a chair at the glass table that had a cut on the side. Visible repairs to walls as your walking to the third floor. The third floor balcony gives when you step on it. Blind in second floor bedroom (first to right) does not cover full window. there were knobs missing in some of the showers . Closet door in connected rooms on second floor did not close (no track) . Some Hinges of shower doors were rusted. Finish of some furniture was missing (it just looked old). Step was missing in ladder of bunkbed. No wall stops for doors . Based boards seemed puffed out in locations. Walls looked dirty. So much stuff had have over 30 pictures and had to do video. We contacted beach reunion - To assist. They mentioned that the black substance can't be mold ( see pics) but they will send cleaners back . I walked through with the cleaner and they mentioned - some of the black substance was behind the caulk - could not be removed without removing caulk . We asked to be located in a different property they did not have one to accommodate our party of 16 not currently rented (the Aegean was repaired and had been rented out (remember note above) They did mention "we could get a full refund and leave because they did not want to deal with us the whole weekend". I will post all the pictures that i have as of 8/24/2018. We asked to speak with the owner ( he was on a cruise and could not be reached but he did authorized what they mentioned and will contact us on Tuesday) . BTW we did not find anything that could accommodate our 16 and stayed (3 people did get sick this may have nothing to do with house and be coincidence) . This is a vast difference than the previous year. This was our "luxury" home rental. We are conflicted last year was great this year was horrible. We are still working on a resolution."
