"Found a rental we liked on their website a few weeks ago so we call in to get a quote and possibly book the property. We wanted to bring our pet too so wanted to see if there was a fee for him as well. The booking agent for Saltwater confirmed the weekly price with management and that there was no pet fee so we agreed and booked directly with the agent. She sent a contract over to me and an invoice to pay the deposit. We signed and paid everything started making arrangements for the vacation since we officially we booked it. Well fast forward to this past week, a woman named Carrie from the company reaches out and says they quoted me the wrong price. She said the only option was for me to shell out more money or they were going to cancel the reservation. Just so unprofessional because I booked directly through them, signed paperwork, and paid a deposit. The company should have honored the price they quoted me themselves. Just completely unprofessional and would never rent with this company again."

"I would give Salt Water ten stars if I could. Their properties are the best and Amanda provides the friendliest and most excellent service. Even the smallest problem is addressed immediately. The units we have stayed in have been beautiful and very well equipped. I don't see how you could find a better company!"

"I cancelled within the refund period. I found out when I called the company I dealt with - Dustin Getaways - that they were purchased by Saltwater Vacations. Saltwater informed me that they do not refund money; however, in this special case they would honor the Destin Getaways contract. That sounded OK until I found out how long I had to wait for my refund. Saltwater Vacations made me wait over a month for my refund check - even though I had originally paid by credit card. I had to call Saltwater at least four times and request a check. At one point, I was told my refund was lost due to a change in their accounting system. I would never do business with this company by choice."

"They were amazing. Called to check on us a few times as well to make sure we didn't need anything. The place was small but perfect for us. It would be ok for a family of 4, but 6 would be tight. Neighborhood was quiet and beach was just a small walk across the street. Best beaches around and clean!!! Loved our time here! We stayed in Nantucket Cottages. Ruby Slipper and Camilles for breakfast, Boshamps for dinner. Go early! It was a 2 hour wait but well worth it!!! We went at 6pm"
