"Wow! What a fabulous vacation. It will be hard to recreate this experience. If found the home to be so much more than a home you rented. There were so many things in the home and the additional amenities that were so thoughtful of your guests. And I did feel like your guests, not only a renter. My family of 5 opts for vacation home rental rather than hotel stays fairly often since 5 big people do not easily fit on 2 hotel beds. So we have stayed in enough of them for me to say this experience stood out. This is an exceptional home. I had made a contingency plan to buy whatever kitchen items we needed to cook for the whole party of 15. The Chill Pill kitchen had everything we needed and more. Two crockpots were so great. We used the 4 slice toaster everyday. Plenty of large skillets. More than enough dishes, bowls, mugs and other cups. The second floor was so cool to me. I couldn't believe when the listing said 6 king suites. But it was all there and not cramped. Not even the hallway was small. I found the care for the guest in the home even in the way in was constructed. There's so much to be thankful for, but the last thing I will mentioned is the paid for setups at the beach along with the additional supplies in the storage shed. You could have done so much less, but these touches really elevated my family's week together in Destin. It is so appreciated. We all needed a vacation, but my parents really needed all of their daughters and grandkids together without bitterness or bickering. Your hospitality was part of shutting all of that out. "We had a great stay at Chill Pill. It's a perfect property for a relaxing beach vacation in Destin. We liked the location between Destin and San Destin. It's right across the street from Crystal Beach and has partial views of the gulf from the balconies. The property is well maintained. The feel of the home is very comfortable and reinforces that you're relaxing in a Florida coastal town. It was surprisingly spacious and enabled us to stay here with two other families and never feel like we were on top of each other. One of the best features is the beach chair and umbrella service. It's setup and waiting for you so you don't have to rush out the door in the morning to grab a place on the beach. We didn't anticipate using the pool table and shuffleboard but they were great to have on the rainy day that cut our beach time short. The pool isn't huge, but served us well, as a place to cool off, after a full day at the beach. The kitchen was great, the grill was like new, and we saved by eating in and not going to the tourist trap restaurants. Some mornings we would walk down to Camille's restaurant to get coffee. Camille's is, conveniently, less than a block away. Our bed was comfortable and all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. We've been coming to Destin for almost 20 years. Sharing a property like Chill Pill has provided high quality and comfortable accommodations that' are super affordable if you split the cost with other families. It probably wouldn't be a good option if you're not comfortable sharing a house with other families because of the cost. With that said, the size and quality of the home has made our stay better than any of the condos or hotels we've stayed in previously. It's a great way to go if you're looking to vacation in the Destin area."

"Amazing vacation spot! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay by the beach away from lots of traffic while still being close enough to the local restaurants and shops. Heated pool, more than enough space to get comfortable and relax, and the house is only a two minute walk from a cafe. 5 stars!"

"This house was amazing. Great amenities, location, layout, and most importantly the owner. We travel a lot and Dana was the best owner I've ever dealt with. Minor issues(nothing in her control) and she went above and beyond to communicate, address them, and make sure we had a great week. You would be making a mistake if you didn't book this home. We had a group of 10 adults, 12 kids...bunk room up top was a huge hit for the boys and with all the master suites, nobody felt like they got a short straw on the rooms. Great common area w/ 2 big tvs, shuffleboard, pool table, dining area, walk out to the pool, etc.....all 22 could hang out in this area and not feel cramped. Book it!"

"Where do I begin...this home was not only spacious and filled with all the amenities you would need for your stay but also in a great location. The home is beautiful and the property manager was accommodating and professional. She made sure the home was spotless for us especially during these unprecedented times. The house was stocked with disinfectant and added cleaning supplies. The kitchen utensils were fabulous such as her knives etc. We cooked the whole time we were there and had an amazing time. Her shed outside was filled with paddle boards, rafts, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. The house came with a ton of beach towels and the laundry room had 2 washers 2 dryers and house had two refrigerators. Each bedroom was spacious and cozy. The pool table and shuffle board was so fun. The pool being out back next to old hwy 98 gave for great people watching in the evenings and the bike and walking path was conveniently located in the same area as the pool. Our trip was amazing.
