"This company is the company my renter uses. On the first day moving in, I realized the kitchen sink water would not go down. Other drains in the house were going down extremely slow. Washing machine pipe was backed up with water. This company met a plumber at my residence and I watched them have an exchange and pass a paper (the size of a check) between each other back and forth. Now this company is telling my renter I'm responsible for the sink because they saw a case of chicken by the side of the road (I purchased the case for food for the week) and I had not even been able to cook. Let alone clean chicken with the drain so clogged. I had only used the sink to run water to clean. They're telling my renter I clogged the sink with chicken. IT WAS OUR FIRST DAY HERE. This company is disgusting and wants us to pay for something they know we are not responsible for. *** since i can't respond to their response, no. There were no pictures. And they clearly told me it was "nothing" and they just needed to flush the pipes. I watched them from my kitchen argue over the price. So they decided to throw the cost on me. A new renter. Who NEVER cooked in the home. All that was provided was a picture of an empty case of chicken that I'd purchased THAT SAME DAY and bagged and put in the freezer for the future to feed my children. If there was chicken in the pipes, why was I not shown? Why didn't they tell me that? Where did they put the chicken they pulled out? Because he came down empty handed. I'm in a new home. Why would I not go grocery shopping? Like I said, horrible company. Replies over a year later? And blocked me on Facebook. But they're "innocent"? Right. Find someone else because this company is NOT it."
