"Terrible service. Worker came to inspect the project which was to replace under sink plywood. He tore out all the existing damaged wood, said it would take him 3 hours, and he'd be back the next day to finish after buying the parts. He never responded to texts for two days. Company finally called a day later, said they were too busy to do the work but can come during weekend to finish what he had left unfinished for over a week now. Since our condo doesn't allow weekend work, they didn't have any time to finish. The worker never returned. Company is absolutely terrible at communicating any updates. It's the worst experience we've ever had with this type of service. Only consistent communication I got was the aggressive negative one after leaving a review. Do yourself a favor and stay clear."

"**Service- Door Installation** *Poor Communication! >> Say that they're coming and don't. >> Husband says one thing, the wife says another * Unprofessional! >> Removed one of our doors before measuring it to replace it with new door, to then say that the new door is too big for the opening. >>Did not put the original door back but covered the opening with our old front door. Which is too big for the opening. >> When asked to come and place the old door back we were told the frames have already been removed. >> This is a safety hazard and has been like this for a little over 2 months (check attached picture)"
