"I waited a year to make this review , to give the company an opportunity to correct and iron out any delays due to what ever reason it may be. The photos and video were beautiful but they were taken and completed by another freelance company on behalf of Miami wedding cinemas. I would just go to them direct ; @juanzabalaph beautiful work, and video @doniscoronelfilms Their work was well done, except the fact my wedding was a little delayed with time and there was only one hour left after the cake cutting, and they said for them to stay another hour it was going to be $3,200 extra for coverage, we passed and I just found it way too expensive for an extra hour, seeing that I paid that amount for the whole day, not their fault but it is what it is. Fast forward to when photos were to be ready. Wedding was in February, I called, email and texted and finally got a response May, 10 weeks after. Armando claims 7-9 weeks but by week 10 it’s radio silence, with zero updates. A simple follow up that there would b a delay would’ve been sufficient. Was told by May 5th the gallery would be done, again no response on May 5th there was going to be another delay. I emailed an update on May 10th asking for an update. By May 11th the photos were done, and honestly looked as if they were done in one day, minimal editing. I followed up about the video, and was told that it’s being worked on and I’ll receive it soon. We didn’t receive the video until June 15th, after another email complaining how it’s been 4 months with horrible communication. Boom the video is ready two days after my complaint. Armando messaged me about delays and because of his prices he chooses to put, he’s too busy but not enough money to hire more editors in order to get the work done on time. It’s understandable there are delays, but the lack of communication is something else. He promised on June 13th that we would be receiving an album as his way of apologizing. We’re going 8 months since that offer. So yes, I guess you get what you pay for, and if you’re willing to wait passed the promised delivery date, have to follow up for updates , then this is the company for you."

"My name is David and I’m posting about how fantastic Miami Wedding Cinema was in the day of our wedding 1/22/23. Juan and Manuela were absolutely fantastic and super easy to get along with. They were never demanding or pushy but always understanding. They were so easy to get along with and always clear on instructions. I honestly miss Juan and Manuela and I’m sad that we won’t see them again :( and my only regret is that we didn’t get a picture with Juan and Manuela because they were also instrumental on our big day. I wish I could contact them personally to tell them how great they were and apologize to Manuela because I would always forget her name lol. I can’t wait to receive our pictures! Huge hug to Juan and Manuela again I can’t speak highly enough about them and huge shout out to Armando for sending those angels to our venue."

Armando provided such an amazing and professional service and was always very attentive and responsive before and after the wedding date.
