"Employees are kind, professional, and patient. Very organized theater as well — never seen a theater so clean before. Also, I love the POPCORN!! It’s better than any other movie theater."

"Convenient location. Staff is nice but that is all. The theatre itself is rundown and in poor condition. The chairs are loose and some of the recliners don’t work. There are screws sticking out of some seats. The cleaning can be better as well. Many times when I take my seat there is food from the previous showing all over."

"When I say this is the worst AMC to come to they close a bar at 8:40 and it’s supposed to close at nine then on top of that they don’t even deliver your food to you. You have to wait at the counter. I’m still waiting on my food I’ll let you know if it’s nasty or cold."

"I've come to this theater a few times and always leave disappointed. On my most recent visit, I went for a movie at 5:30 on a Monday and asked the staff if their bar was open, they said yes but that they had no bartender.. they said they could get a manager but I told them no need. I purchased some bland popcorn and asked for salt, they said they didn't have any. I tried using their butter dispenser but none of them were working. I asked for help and they told me they were broken. My boyfriend went after me and asked again and someone finally actually tried fixing one. He asked to see a manager and they said one would come but we would have to wait until after our movie. With the high prices of concessions and attending the movies nowadays, I feel like the least they can do is have salt available. It felt like the staff was just being lazy."

"Christmas Day is a day that our family go to this theater for a movie. This is the first year since our patronizing this theater that there has been an issue . When we walked in to take our seats, someone who had been inside the room walked out complaining that the room was really hot. I didn’t think much of it. After sitting through the movie for a while the room was warm. I don’t know about I began to sweat. It was uncomfortable. Honestly, I feel like everyone that sat in the room should be compensated with a complementary ticket for another show. We know that’s not going to happen. Hey, you stayed, you saw the movie, why saw something now? Because it is a matter of customer service. Someone from management could have said something to people going into the room rather than let people just sit in a hot box. I get it. It’s Christmas Day, perhaps locating someone to check the air conditioner may have been difficult. I’m not saying I would never go back. Who knows, I may be the only one saying anything. I just think it would have been courteous to have alerted the attendees of the situation, and possibly made other seating arrangements, or closed that room until adjustments for the air conditioner could have been made."
