"Havent been to a theatre in a while. Decide to go out for once and instantly regretted choosing this theatre. Dirty, disgusting and chairs look like they have been through war."

"Was there the day this theatre opened as I live near by and this once great cinema has seen it's better days. Seats need to be changed as many do not work and need a drastic makeover. Oven to cook food items is down 50 percent of the time and many times the theatres are not cleaned properly. Forces me to drive exact miles to go to better cares for theatre. Please take it back to what it was when it opened."

"Terrible and uncomfortable seating. Cup holders damaged seat were disgusting. I always go to pembroke lakes and figure I would try somewhere different. Never again! All the years you would have thought they would updated there seating. Theater was completing empty now I know why."

"We all now how expensive it is going to the movie theater now, especially for food and drinks where theater owners make their money. It is what it is, however in return for the higher prices these days, the quality of food should be at least reasonably ok. I bought a large bag of popcorn that was cold, stale, and over salted. I returned it and asked for a fresh batch to be made, like how it used to be made at movie theaters, which were always making more. Instead, the employee told me that wasn't possible because they had a lot of bags "fresh" popcorn (probably from the morning or day before) they had to serve from first. I arrived 15 minutes before show time and stated I could wait to get some freshly made hot popcorn that I wanted to also control how much salt to put on myself. Instead, I was told that more hot "butter" aka butter flavored oil, could be added to warm up my popcorn. I stood there shocked thinking how to politely to respond, took a sip of my soda which was flat. I just asked for my money back, which I had to wait for another employee to come over to approve only after I had to explain why instead of the first employee explaining the reason who was helping another customer who heard me complain about the cold & stale popcorn, asking for some hot popcorn instead, after being given his bag, tasted it and said it was no good and decided not to buy anything.. This all took a lot of time, unnecessarily. After walking away from the concession stand where I had previously paid over $12, I stopped to use the restroom before entering the theater. When I entered it, which only had a handful of patrons inside (it was basically empty) the room was already dark with previews playing. I entered a row of seats and walked into what seemed to be spilled soda onto my new sneakers and noticed garbage all over the floor - apparently this theater was never properly cleaned between movie times. I left the theater, found the employee that refunded my concession money and insisted on being refunded my movie money. The next day I went to AMC at Pembroke Lakes Mall and had a very good experience overall."

"Being in the cinema this was my worst experience since more than twice I was roasted by several cockroaches and that is disgusting and unhygienic, of all I gave them away this is the one that I will never return how unpleasant it was to be there, I really do not recommend it, it is of all the Regal Cinemas, the most disgusting wow, they should gummigar because of the plague, how bad I didn't have time to take photos of the cockroach plague, in addition to the fact that the chairs were in poor condition and dirty, the attention of their workers is very good, very good but hygiene leaves much to be desired in a Regal, it seems that it is not part of the franchise"
