Cindy was very patient with us as we were changing our minds on the faucet type. She found the ONE that we had been searching for high and low for one month! In addition, Danny was fabulous with the removal, and new installation. And we had to have our toilets repaired as well"

"Be aware that they do not take credit cards. Cash or check only but will not take checks over the phone. Work was fine but took forever. Not very user friendly for snowbirds that are not there all of the time."

"I have used Prout's for years and spend thousands of dollars with them to rerun my water pipes. I called them yesterday to schedule someone to come and install a new vanity and toilet. They said a plumber would call me in the morning but he never did. I called them back and they said that they would only install what they sold. As happy as I was with Jesse's work rerunning my water pipes I am not happy with their pressure tactics to sell their products. I will never use them again."

And when the new washing machine started leaking (a problem with the machine, not Wayne's work), I called Prout's and Wayne was back very quickly to diagnose the problem and to help me clean up the water that was on the floor.
