"We weren’t on site however we had long distance communication. Melissa & Julianna were super sweet & nice. Return calls were either not timely or didn’t occur @ all. The job was extended d/t one of the workers inadvertently cut a stove pipe where a licensed person had to come out to repair. Susan from billing was also nice but again no return call. We are just glad the job is done & we can move on. TY!"
