"Anyone looking to buy a Klipsch Heritage speaker system and you live in Orlando or in central Florida area, then you must stop by and visit Wave Media Systems. I reached out to Ben (Owner) and requested to demo the Klipsch Heresy IV speakers and he was more than accommodating. Ben had a turntable and vacuum tube amp ready for my listening pleasure. Folks, I was in heaven listening to some vinyl records I brought e.g. Cool and the Gang - Summer Madness, Santana - Evil Ways & Jingo, and some classical music Ben provided. The service was outstanding and the Klipsch speakers was icing on the cake. BTW, do not reach out to CROWNE AUDIO in Winter Park because you will be disappointed like i was. I reached out to this certified klipsch Dealer for assistance and I left several voicemails and email and never heard back. In my honest opinion, Klipsch should band dealers like this who show no response to potential customers looking to buy Klipsch speakers. Overall, Ben at Wave Media Systems get a 5 stars rating."
