"Tim Gilmore wrote up our bathroom contract in February 2022. Even though his bid was higher, he said he could start right away. Well, he did demolish and do some work, but over 7 months later, our bathroom is STILL not done! My bathroom door is laying on its side in my dining room. He doesn't show up! He stated he would be here last week Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and this week Tuesday, and never showed up. He said he would be here yesterday at 9:30, but with no explanation, texted he would be here, Sunday today at 9:30. I got a text at 9:07 this am saying he will be here between 9:30 and 10am. It is now NOON. No show. No text. No answering my calls or text.. This has been going on since February. I have been trapped day after day, week after week, month after month waiting for him to show up! Oh, also, he demanded payment numerous times. Now he has been paid over 90% of the contract and is no where near finished. Now I have to find someone to finish the work and fix his mistakes."
