"I got solar panels completed by Vivint. A contractor bidding war ended on 4/24/2018. 1st contractor .. never heard a word from him/her. 2nd contractor was Kevin. I called him X2, he called back & said that Vivint told him that I had 'roof damage'. This was news to me but we set up a date for 6/25. He said he'd call Vivint to find out what was going on & would let me know. I take time off work & here I sit. No text, no call, no kiss my ass from Kevin. I called & left a msg. I'm so done with Vivint & I'm done with Kevin. It's good to read a yelp review that he was professional with great communication last Nov.... maybe those skills tend to improve as Christmas gets closer. Who knows? At any rate, I'm glad he is YOUR handy man. He isn't mine."
