"!!!!Homeowners beware!!! fI hired them to hang a glass shower door. I was quoted $175 for the first hour then every hour after was project based. When I was asked if I thought it was a two person job, I responded that the door was heavy and it might be necessary. I was quoted $350 for two people with the same terms as before. I agreed. I showed up and there was one person. When I asked him if he could calk a cracked window sill and that I had caulk on hand, the tech noted that it was the wrong caulk and that he had a better one in the car. At this time no other pricing was discussed. I was charged $40 extra to repair a 4inch cracked window sill. My total bill, which I have still not received a receipt for was $330.00. I was told it was because he was on sight for two hours. (Lets just say it was an hour and a half) Since I was quoted $350 for two people he thought he was giving me a deal. I'm floored at how this company does business. I called and spoke with the office manager and she said she would speak with management. I've been waiting for a phone call back. I'm doubting I will get that call. !!!!Homeowners beware!!! I was not given an itemized invoice or quoted specifically for the installation of the door. This company allows their tech to charge how they see fit depending on the skill set of the job. I will definitely not be using them again in the future."

"William showed up a few minutes early, was totally professional, took care of the ceiling and light fixture damage from the last hurricane and the ceiling looks flawless and light fixture was remounted to the ceiling and is now working again! William also cleaned up the hallway completely afterward! We are extremely pleased with his repair and service today! I highly recommend Mr. Handyman!"
