On Oct 11 we paid for the door installation in full ($1100) was told we would get a call and get scheduled for a new door in 48 hours. Today is the 19th - we are still waiting for that phone call with a door laying in my living room waiting for install. Disappointing, i am not used to this type of service from home depot."
