"I would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely dishonest and incompetent. Hired to refinish natural wood floors and during the process he said he was experienced with installing a mini-split AC unit so I also had him do that. The floors were not finished properly or allowed to dry completely before sealing. I gave him over two weeks to allow for drying before moving in but since he rushed the process and did not let it dry before sealing it the finish started bubbling and peeling throughout the entire house within a few days of use...RUINED! He would not come back to redo or repair after I paid in full. Lied about his experience and lied about ability to install the Mini-split AC. Turns out these units must be permitted and inspected for electrical as well as the unit (on me for not researching but it was my understanding these were treated like a window unit as far as permitting). He did some kind of funky tie-in to the existing wiring which totally messed up my electrical and was a huge fire hazard. I had no idea, thought he knew what he was doing but he did not. Also broke the AC unit during the installation process and I had to pay another company to come out and repair which was when I found out about the permitting. I eventually purchased a new multi-unit system from a reputable AC company and threw the other unit away as it was ruined ($800.00). Do not waste your money or time with this crook."
