"What a dump! Worst vacation rental property we’ve ever stayed at. Furniture looks like it was bought at a Goodwill store. Second hand look throughout. Dirty arm rests. Obviously owners don’t really care about upkeep. Broken window blinds, blinds that don’t work, light bulb out in bath, interior painting looks as if done by a ten year-old. Bathroom is a joke. Very little water pressure in shower. Ancient shower head. Bathtub stained, broken plastic on side. Bug repellant device adjacent to mirror in bathroom…what’s up with that? Heating/Air Conditioning thermostat quit on the second night. No control of HVAC. Had to take batteries from TV remote to get thermostat to work. Overall, a disgusting cottage, even with the view of the bay. I’m surprised a company like Roberts would even offer such a place as a vacation rental."

"We stayed at the Phoenix Orange Beach II 2004 condo and our experience was fantastic from start to finish. The condo looks even more stunning in person compared to the photos and was very clean and so well decorated. The condo was also stocked with any supplies you would need for a stay which is SO convenient while traveling (plenty of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee, beach chairs/umbrellas, spices, kitchen gadgets, etc). Every small detail was thought of. We will definitely be back!!!"

"Horrible experience over all. Once we arrived, we had difficulty getting a parking pass because it was under someone else’s name. When I called the office to find out what the problem was, I was then told that conveniently our condo doesn’t have a washer and dryer! Although it was suppose too! In the description it clearly stated it had a washer and dryer! The person stated she had forgotten to call and let me know and she would have her manager call us after the weekend because she was off! After few back and forth phone calls, we were able to get our parking pass! We arrived on a Saturday and on Tuesday, we got a call that the washer and dryer would be delivered Wednesday but they couldn’t give a time. Wednesday came and got another phone call that the manger and the maintenance men were 30 mins away from the condo to finally deliver the much awaited for washer and dryer! But they never showed up! Instead, received another phone call stating that the washer and dryer was delivered to the rental property’s office and they were going to try and get the maintenance men to try and deliver it anyways!! Nope they never showed! Thursday, received another phone call that it would be delivered for sure! It was mid afternoon, but they had no power cord! Called the office to find out when they would be coming back and they were unsure! Around 345-4pm they arrived to get it all hooked up and the manger stated that this was the 8th washer and dryer they had to put into this condo (Beach Club Resort Catalina 1405 in Fort Morgan, Al) since March of this year! If we would’ve known it was without a washer and dryer, we would never had rented it! Instead we were without the washer and dryer for 5 1/2 out of the 7 days we were there! Officially got to use it Friday morning because we had already spent 3 nights at a 24 hr laundromat! There were missing towel racks in each bathroom, bottom of refrigerator was coming off and in the master bath, there should have been a shower glass door, but instead they put up a dirty shower curtain instead! All we got was refunded $196 for our inconvenience and trouble! We will never rent from Robert Brothers again!!!"

"Very beautiful and just as described. Looks just as pictured and updated. Great location, walking distance from beach. Perfect for family vacation stay. Several pools & hot tubs available. Everyone is very nice and courteous. Cleaning could have done a better job, before our arrival, however we always pack cleaning /disinfecting supplies. Roberts brother’s are very professional and keep you informed and updated. Would definitely use them again."

Adjacent to the state park, this condo was perfectly situated with an outstanding view and access to the beach as well as convenient access to restaurants and shopping."
